Exquisite Catering began in 2017 as the realization of a dream by Chef Tiffany Williams. Inspired by a lack of catering services with a focus on international cuisine on the SouthSide of Chicago, she packed up her knives and took her talents back to the neighborhood ofWoodlawn where she grew up. As a Black business owner and single mom, TiƯany’s needto help and nurture others soon earned her the nickname of “Chef Mama” –creating acatering business not only for herself, but for her children and community. With a creative,made-from scratch menu that includes options that are not only delicious, but healthy aswell, word about her talent quickly spread. As her reputation grew, TiƯany’s businessexpanded to production catering for TV & movie sets, concert tours and more. Her talent,creativity and perseverance has taken her overseas to work with some of the biggest namesin music and entertainment. But even when TiƯany’s on location, her heart remains in herhometown. She’s made a strong commitment to working with local entrepreneurs endvendors to create significant change in her community. Tiffany’s belief in providing support,second chances and job opportunities has already made a lasting impact in the lives ofmany residents living on Chicago’s South Side.
