As a Black business owner and single mom, Tiffany’s need to help and nurture others soon earned her the nickname of “Chef Mama” – creating a catering business not only for herself, but for her children and community. With a creative,made-from scratch menu that includes options that are not only delicious but healthy as well, word about her talent quickly spread. As her reputation grew, Tiffany’s business expanded to production catering for TV & movie sets, concert tours and more.

Her talent, creativity & perseverance have taken her overseas to work with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment. But even when Tiffany’s on location, her heart remains in her hometown. She’s made a strong commitment to working with local entrepreneurs and vendors to create significant change in her community. Tiffany’s belief in providing support, second chances, and job opportunities has already made a lasting impact in the lives of many residents living on Chicago’s South Side.
