Exquisite Catering began in 2017 as the realisation of a dream by Chef Tiffany Williams. Inspired by a lack of catering services with a focus on international cuisine on the South Side of Chicago, she packed up her knives and took her talents back to the neighbourhood of Woodlawn, where she grew up.
